And can do printing, dyeing, anti-static, PVC, PU, PA silver-coated, waterproof according to customer requirements. And all kinds of golden velvet, mercerized velvet, corduroy, loop velvet, velveteen, mercerized plain cloth and other warp knitted products.
Minimatt is a criss-cross weave in which the warp and weft yarns are interwoven one by one to form a cycle during the weaving process. Due to the many interweaving points of the plain weave, the structure is tight and the texture is firm, and the appearance is flat, but compared with other fabrics, it feels more rigid. If the density of the plain weave fabric is small, the length of the floating thread will be larger, and its bending resistance will be smaller, and the fabric will become softer, otherwise, the handle will be stiffer. Also because of the many interweaving points, its floating thread is shorter than that of twill and satin weave, and its air permeability is relatively poor. The higher the density, the worse the air permeability, so low-end bedding often uses low-density plain weave fabric.
